The vocal scores include eight copies in French by Brandus et Dufour, Paris (187-?, pl. no. B. et D. 11,601); five copies in French by Maquet, Paris (187-?, pl. no. B. et D. 11,601); and one copy in German and French by Bote & Bock, Berlin (187-?, pl. nos. 9664-9686). The piano score was published by Boosey, London (1871). The chorus score is holograph, in English. The vocal parts are in English and include nine mimeoed parts, several of which bear performers' names and the date May 25, 1912; and six manuscript parts. The chorus parts are in English and include five holograph and seven manuscript parts. The promptbooks are in English and consist of 10 manuscript books in 11 volumes and nine typescript books in 11 volumes. Of the manuscript books one is marked "Oates version"; one "Adelaide Randall version" and includes the indication "property of C. T. Atwood"; and one "McCaull Version." Two books are marked "H. B. Mahn version," with the English text by J. Cheever Goodwin; one is marked "MacDowell version" and carries a playbill pasted in for a performance of the work on August 23, 1875, which lists cast. One book (in 2 vols.) carries the stamp of Arthur Bell and contains a playbill for a performance at the Academy Opera Co. with Bell as the stage manager. The cast is listed. Of the typescript books one bears the indication "property of C. T. Atwood" and the signature of Adelaide Randall. The dialogue parts are in English, in several sets of varying completeness. One hundred and nine parts are typescript, one set of which is marked "McCaull version" and one set "MacDowell version." Forty-nine parts are mimeo manuscript, and 42 parts are manuscript, one set of which is marked "McCaull version."
